A motorist reported to Westchester County Police shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 19 that she had narrowly avoided being involved in a crash on Route 100 in Yorktown, and was then followed by the second driver onto Crow Hill Road and onto Route 133 in Mount Kisco, according to a Westchester County Police spokesperson.

Police said that the woman reported that she was concerned for her safety and had taken a photo of the man behind her. Officers were able to locate the second driver, who said that he had followed the woman “because he thought she might be intoxicated,” and he had taken a photo of her car and license plate.

After interviewing both drivers involved in the incident, police said that both parties agreed to go their separate ways without further incident. No further complaints were filed.
